Instead of relying on algorithms or generic "Top 10" lists, we help you discover places through a community of travelers who share your style—whether you're someone who plans every detail or figures things out as you go.
Think of it as expanding your network of travel-savvy friends. You know how you ask friends for recommendations because they "get" what you like? WanderWell does that, but connects you with travelers worldwide who share your vibe.

Meet Darlyze (aka Darveloper)
Founder and developer behind WanderWell
I'm the founder and developer behind WanderWell, and like many of you, I got tired of complaining about the same travel planning problems and decided to just build something.
After leaving my corporate tech job, I spent years traveling solo across the US and Latin America—from the Amazon rainforest to the Galapagos Islands, through cities like Quito, Medellín, and Bogotá. I was searching for more meaning and pushing myself to do things that scared me. Along the way, I discovered not just new worlds, but a new version of myself.
My travel style is a mix of thorough research and spontaneous exploration. I'll spend hours planning, but my best discoveries always come from conversations with locals—bartenders who know the perfect mezcal spot, taxi drivers with incredible food recommendations, coffee obsessives who lead me to hidden roasteries.
I'm naturally introverted, but my curiosity about art, music, and food pushes me to connect with people wherever I go.

I tried AI planners, but they couldn't account for who I am as a person, or even my current mood. What if it's raining and I want somewhere cozy to read with tea? What if I'm feeling social and want to discover live music?
I realized I wasn't alone in wanting recommendations from people who travel like me, not from algorithms trained on everyone's data.
